Be kind and protect privacy
Do not post harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, violence, spam, impersonation, illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, or misleading medical claims.
Do not post phone numbers, email addresses, links, exact locations, passwords, private medical records, or another person’s information without permission.
Community posts are not medical advice
Personal experiences may be shared respectfully, but users must not present them as diagnosis or treatment instructions. Medication and health decisions belong with qualified healthcare professionals.
Report and block
Swipe a family post, topic, or reply to find Report and Block. Reports identify the content, reason, date, and optional explanation. Blocking hides that author’s content on the device. Blocked users can be reviewed in Settings.
Family group access
Only people selected from Apple Contacts and added to the CloudKit share can join. Each person must accept the invitation. The family group owner can add or remove members in Settings. Removing a member revokes that person’s access to Family Feed and Forums.
Moderation
Reports may result in content removal, warnings, posting restrictions, or access restrictions depending on severity and history. Safety reports should be acknowledged within 24 hours and reviewed within 72 hours. Credible immediate threats may be referred to appropriate emergency or legal channels.
Appeals and questions
Use the GitHub support route to ask about a moderation decision. GitHub issues are public, so identify the issue without including personal health or contact information.
